Electrical issues

I've got a 21 Defender HD 8Max. Having issues with ignition switch,no dashboard lights, headlights, shift safety interlock or cooling fan works and no power to the corresponding fuses on the bottom 3 fuses on the fuse box up front under the hood. I can start it by hot wire the starter solenoid and shut it off with the ignition switch but not start it with the ignition switch. Yes I've verified all the fuses and relays are good and the diodes too. I'm pointing to the ignition switch based on all of this.
