Tire upgrade for 2019 Defender XMR

Has anyone replaced the stock tires on a stock Defender XMR ? I am thinking of purchasing 4 new 32 x10 x14 Maxxix Carnivore tires on the front and back of my XMR. Does any one have experience with this or see any problems mounting these? I want to utilize the stock rims. Any input would be appreciated ! Thanks, Don

Hey Don,

I'm not positive but I believe your XMR already has the lift and A-arms to accommodate the 32's you are looking at. I may be wrong, but i pretty sure yer good to go... What size are on it now???

Hi Joe. Thanks for the reply. It has stock 30" cryptid tires on it. I did order the new 32" Carnivores so will let you know when I get them mounted and installed!

I will be curious to know...

Are you mounting them on the stock rims? On my unit the rims are different widths that will change the sizing of same size tires.. considering the fronts are narrower than the rears it will make the front tires taller than the rears on a wider rim....

Hey Joe. yes, stock rims. Tires will be in end of April so will post a picture of them mounted, As long as no rubbing occurs I am Happy! Carnivores are lighter than the stock cryptids so clutching will not be an issue!

Cant wait to get rid of the vibrating, rough riding cryptids!!

I'm not sure... but maybe your XMR rims are all the same size unlike the the standard/cab models... I went with 5+3 rims on Bear.. They have worked out great for me....
