Taller tires for defender xt??

Looking for some recommendations on tires and size to put on 2019 defender xt.  This is my first side by side so I’m needing a little help.  We ride trails with light mud.  Really looking for something taller to help with ground clearance.  So what’s the max size I can put in before I have to put a lift on? Will a different wheel offset help?
