steering reprogramed

i hit something with my defender replaced tie rod checked wheel alignment but it pulls to left all air pressure same on all tires some told with the electric power steer it needs to be reprogramed any truth to this

Did you check your alignment as per your previous post if not that is the place to start? I am not aware that the power steering needs to be reprogrammed.

More than likely DPS lost its center, you will need someone with BUDS software to do a DPS recalibration. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes, dealer will usually charge a half hour to a hour to do it. once the DPS is recalibrated, you may need to do an alignment with the steering in the center.
