I don’t think the topic has come up on this forum much, but it ought to be OK as long as you have enough lug stud left for at least 7 turns (some say 10). I run them on an old sports car, but not my Can Am. - Mark
Not a fan of spacers... I would rather get offset rims. But as for threads? Most spacers are rotated so THEY bolt on to the hub and then the rim bolts to it. A slighty narrower rear end will track better in the snow and slop. Good luck with your decision. Are you running everything OEM? Why is it you want to space things out? Handling? Stance?
