Snorkel problem

I have the 2019 defender hd10 with factory snorkel and every time it rains the air box will fill up with water depending on how heavy it is it’s a bad design any suggestions

If its from filling while it's parked, two of the plastic Folgers coffee cans work well. That's what I did back when diesel stacks were "cool" lol
