Side ROPS support broken off

The side ROPS support (that piece of tubular steel that helps keep you in the seat) has broken off the frame. In fact, it has snapped the bolts that hold it to the frame and left the snaped bolt in the frame. I can't get the snapped bolts out of the frame. Is it safe to weld it onto the frame instead? I don't want to blow the electronics or the ECU by welding on the frame. Any other thoughts on fixing this. It just annoying because i slide out of the seat when I corner on a slight incline.

I don't think it would be a good idea to weld on the ROPS cage. The tempering of the steel might change after the heat generated by welding. Have you tried using an easy out screw removal tool?
