Wondering if one of you gents could help out an electrically challenged individual. I am working on installing a Rough county light bar on front bumper, I got the power wire ran into cab from light bar and plan to wire the relay off the ACC bar under the dash/behind blank switch spots. If I understand things correctly the relay is basically acting as a switch in this situation. Which leads me to my question. The Factory switch that came with the light is pretty more and I would like to add a rocker switch in the dash I am just not sure the proper wiring for it to act with the relay. The factory switch has a black, a white, and a blue wire coming out of it. and rocker switch has 5 tabs. I did a sketch for how I believe it should be connected but Im not sure if its correct or not? Thanks your the help fellas

How did you end up wiring this?

I just bought the same light bar for my 2020 defender.

It had me run the wires to the positive and negative under the hood and then run the switch to the front and stick it on.

Doing it that way, it constantly draws power. I bought a rocker switch and I don’t have any clue on where the wires go to only allow it to have power when the key is on.

Could you take photos or a video of what you did and send it to me. I’m electrically incompetent
