Recommendations for an engine stand?

I have a 2018 Defender HD10, the motor just blew up. I'm pulling out the current motor and swapping it with one from Nflow. I've never pulled one of these motors out before (though I have done motorcycle swaps so I'm not totally clueless... just mostly) and I'm not sure what kind of stand I should use to support the motor while I take some measurements. Does anybody have any recommendations?

i feel like a atv lift or something with a flat top would be the most beneficial.  im not sure what shops usually do but ive never seen an engine stand or cherry picker around an offroad shop.
