I just bought my brand new Defender XMR and without thinking I topped it off with non-ethanol fuel. After reading the owner’s manual, it recommends 87 - 93 grade fuel with 10% ethanol. Did I mess up? Thanks in advance for your advice.

I have been running non ethanol 91 octane in my 2021 defender since I got it without any problems

They are made to run with 10% ethanol fuel, but non-ethanol won’t hurt it.

I actually prefer "clear" fuel..... less BS in the overall end. Especially if you store your ride for any time...

I also prefer 91 clear when it comes to my "toys" only because some of them don't get used as often as they should. It seems to be a lot better if anything sits for a period of time. I believe when ethanol fuel evaporates it leaves a residue.
