Newbie, and recommendations/opinions on accessories

I have a 2022 HD-9 XT used misty for hunting and snow plowing. Have front n back windows. Looking at reasonable $ doors and possibly a heater. I like the price point of OEM canvas full doors and super-atv plexi and metal frame.  Any issues or concerns with these.  Really only want the doors for winter(at this time). Do you know if either of these are easy on/off after installed?  Any suggestions on cab heaters?  Thanks for your time.
