I'm new to this group and want to learn more about the Defenders. I came from Honda Talon X2 Live Valve. My new machine is a 2026 Defender HD11 Max Limited.
I ride primarily in northern WI and use my machine for pleasure and snowmobile trail maintenance.
I made fun of my friends that had these "Pope mobiles". Said I wasn't old enough for one of these. Well... here I am, enjoying the enclosed cab with heat & AC.
Interesting point... out cleaning up our snowmobile trails from downed trees after a big snow storm last year, my friend's Defender Max would go through deep snow better than my Talon. It's probably because of the Defender Max being a larger, heavier machine. And he could carry more guys, which added weight for better traction in the snow.
