Limp Home Mode

My 2022 Defender HD10 Max Lone Star went to about 25% power and displays "Limp Home Mode". It was parked with a cool engine and I started it, pulled out onto a road and hit about 50MPH when it happened. Is there a way I can access codes on this machine without purchasing a code reader? If I need a reader what are your suggestions as to manufacturer and model? Again, this is a 2022 Defender Max.

my 2023 does that when there is cool nights (not when hot or cold nights) I let it warm up to 1bar on the temp gauge then restart x2  and it goes back to normal
