Not sure about your uploaded files, but I couldnt open them...

Did yerz' not come with a front bumper??? That seems REALLY ODD!! Bear came with the first photos bumper... I upgraded to the second bumper...and then personalized all my tubing... (bumpers, rock sliders, and rack) by painting them with hammerite paint.... (antique pewter)

Actually painted the panels in the front bumper black again for the offsetting look...

RIGHT ON!!!! Glad I could help... That is a pretty obvious one..... Makes me wonder.... WHAT ELSE DID THEY FORGET???!! Really just SICKENS ME!!! Same with their service tech's. Hence the reason I bought my own buds system and do my own work on Bear... They are HACKS!!!!

Ya I’d be a little concerned about a shop that forgot to add the front bumper also. Wonder how they felt when you made that call. Pretty dumb I bet. We are so sorry it was overlooked. Your going to have to bring in the unit so we can install it. Can’t I just do it myself? Nope we want you to trailer it to use give us a couple days to put it on then we will call ya. That’s how my local shop runs. Good thing you joined the group so hunt could catch it for ya. I’m sure they wouldn’t have called ya if and when they noticed an extra stock defender bumper kicking around.

Update…

The dealer has the bumper but no mounting bolts to be found. They say that the bolts were missing to begin with. Apparently, they had no intention of ever notifying me. 
 

I am still waiting for the bolts to arrive. Un freakin believable!

No one can tell when they will be here. 
No one cares… the sale has been made.

I bet if you were to BUY some nuts/bolts..... They would have some!!! Maybe call them and ask if they have WHIPPED CREAM???? Whipped cream? Why would we have whipped cream?

Four bolt sets??? Really??? THAT IS JUST SPITTING ON YOU DUDER!!!! I'D BE IN MY TRUCK AT THEIR BUSINESS RAISING HELL!!!!! LETTING EVERY NEW CUSTOMER KNOW THE BS YOU ARE GETTING!!!! I BET THEY'D FIND SOME BOLTS!!!!!
