Heater valve assembly leaks

I have had to replace this valve on my 2017 defender installed another one and it leaked as well . Has anyone else’s had this issue

There was the odd one early on but mine a 2019 is good so far.

I have a 2021 Defender 10 limited that developed a cooling leak within the first year. They replaced the heater core and some type of valve or manifold (may be similar) in March of 2022. In December of 2022 I developed another coolant leak. Appears to be coming from the same area (heater core) and running down passenger floor board. It will be interesting to see how the dealership handles this. I am really getting frustrated with this issue. I am about ready to sell it and go a different brand. I know they all have issues but this problem is getting old real fast.
