hard coated windsheild

hello,

 I have a 2020 defender 800 and purchased the full hard coated  windshield. I installed it but noticed when locking it into place using the three twist knobs that the driver side twists in easy but the passenger side one is almost impossible to do and when you do get it you can see a flex in the glass. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem or is it just the way the windsheid fits.
