Extended Warranty?

Just wondering who purchased the extended warranty on their Defender?   Is it worth the extra $$?

I'm not that hard on my stuff so I didn't buy it. I figure if it makes it through a year then it should be good to go unless I do something stupid. Otherwise, I would imagine a failure would show itself pretty quick.
