Hey guys. I have a 2020 Defender XMR HD10 and the starter solenoid went out so I replaced it with a spare old style solenoid from an old truck. Bad Decision. When I tried to start it i heard a pop around the battery area and now no power to the key switch. I checked the fuses and all are good. Not sure about the relays. Any suggestions? Thanks

There is a fusible link that protects Fuse box 1 under the dash and Fuse box 2 by the battery, I haven't looked for it but it may be a red/green heavy wire that was blown?(in the battery area) It should be evident and especially if no power to either fuse box?

Thanks I will check that out . I do have power to the 40 amp fuse near fuse box 1 under the hood at the front and power at the terminal block where the battery cables terminate. Just no power when I turn the key to run.
