Drive axle boots $ clamps

I have 2018 hd10. 

Just removed my tracks for another season and while inspecting everything I noticed 3/4 boots/clamps had moved a bit. Showing small amount of no paint metal. Is this normal! I think not or are the clamps low quality? What to sort this out and prevent future repairs.

As long as the boots aren't torn and didn't pop off I would work them back into position. Those are a crimp style clamp so there may be some movement in deep snow or mud.
