Changed the stator and now won't start

Hey guys just joined and new to the defender family, I got a question would any of yall know what could be the problem as to why my 2017 defender won't start after I changed the stator? I changed the solenoid, starter, and battery is brand new, also changed the spark plugs, and this was before changing the stator and it ran fine now it won't even start at all, lights and everything else works just won't crank or gets past the solenoid. Any help would be appreciated wanna get back to riding! Thanks in advance!

Exact same thing just happened to me and all it was was I didn’t have the gears lined up right when I put the housing back on for the stator so the starter wouldn’t engage.

No way, so all I gotta do is take it off again and just line everything up? thank you ! I appreciate it! I'll give it a try, let's hope!
