Changed Fuel Filter on HD 800 now no Start?

HI, I changed out my dirty fuel filter and now the bike won't start? Fuel pump is cutting in and ever 8- 10 times cycling the key the bike makes a offer to start but that's it. Started fine before I changed the  filter.

I would suspect that your fuel pump is not up to spec. Put a guage on the line and see if you have 50 psi. if not you will likely need a new fuel pump which is located in the fuel tank.
