I'm getting too old to be slinging a full wheeled trash can up into the bed of my Pro XT anymore.
I've seen multiple options for sale that will allow hooking up your wheeled trashcan onto you hitch mount. Some options are very basic and relatively cheap and others are complex and expensive. To see the wide array of options available just search for "trash can hitch" on Amazon to see many options.
I've got roughly 300yds of gravel driveway to get to the roadside. Not all of the options appear to be up to the task but I'd rather not spend $100 or more if a $40 hitch attachment will get the job done just as well.
If anyone has used a device on their Defender's hitch mount that makes trash day easier I'd love to hear about it.
