Adding Oil to Bogie Wheels?

On the Camso tracks I had on my Ranger, adding 90W oil to the bogie wheels was recommended to make the bearings last longer.  I now have the Apache 360LT tracks on a Defender.  Any similar recommendations?

I don't have the track setup so I may not be current but I have never lubricated bogies on sleds going back to 1979 when I purchased my first one and so far have never had a bearing failure. If the bogies were meant to be lubed they would come with grease nipples or zerks?

The bearings are sealed on LT bogie wheels.
