2024 Defender HD7

My new Defender (2024, 15 hours) makes a noise almost like a grinding vibrating noise specifically at 4000rpm to about 4500rpm.
I've brought it back to the dealership last fall for this problem and they replaced some parts in the front axel. They needed authorization from Can-Am before they worked on it. This process took MONTHS.
I'm afraid that this might require another trip to the dealership.
I'm hoping that its just a resonant vibration at that rpm.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Or is it a trip back to dealership?

Sorry to hear about your issue and wish I had more help. But, welcome to the site... wish it were under more ideal circumstances.

It could be just a resonant vibration like you mentioned, since it's not a grinding noise like you had before. My Defender also has some weird vibration sounds sometimes, but they come and go depending on the terrain and speed.
