Thought 4x4 actuator was bad, showed 4x4 engaged but wasn’t, non illuminated switch, blown fuse, found wires hanging from behind the radiator, they had a plug on them that bolted to the frame to an empty plug, changed the fuse and touched them 1 at a time to the frame and blows 4x4 fuse, changed again and taped the ends and 4x4 works, tried chasing the wire so I can replace it but can’t without pulling the dash out, any idea what the wire and plug go to?
