2021 Defender Limited wiring questions

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what the 4 unconnected wires that are zip tied together under the plastic cover under the front hood are for? There's also a bundle of about 10 wires zip tied together under the dash just left of center that aren't connected to anything. Wondering what they are for as well.

The 4 wires under the hood are part of the 10 wires under the dash. I have not found where the other 6 go. I wish I knew, I am about to wire in 8 lights.

If you pull the battery panel then the center floor board panel you will find the ends of the remaining 6 wire there. I just finished wiring in two pairs of lights connecting to those wires which are the ones you referenced under the dash.

Very handy because fishing wires is a pain!!!
