2021 can am 1000 fake temperature spikes limp modev

2021 defender limited ,start to drive go 50yds mybe ,temp gauge spikes to overv 200f,goes into limp mode ,stop instantly goes to apx 140f ,temp spikes to over 200f in 20ft sometimes ,just bought machine maiden voyage ,any ideas ,sender ,gauge  thermostat ,any help really appreciated

Use an infra red heat gun to check temps on radiator hoses and compare those to what you're seeing on the gauge. Verify the cooling fan is operational.

Fan is working ,taking it to dealer ,will update one I find out problem  thank u
