2020 Defender XMR key programmed but won’t go over 65kph

I just purchased a 2020 Defender XMR with only 55 km. When I took it for a ride it wouldn’t go over 65kph, I tried all 3 coloured keys just in case they were programmed incorrectly and no change. I took it to the dealership last week to confirm and program the keys, they put it on the computer and programmed the keys, I took it for a ride and it still won’t go over 65kph which is around 40mph. The dealership is telling me they are working with BRP to get it figured out, it’s been a week and they still have the machine but have not figured this out…..has anyone else ever have this problem, hoping to have it back for the weekend

This might sound stupid, but is it in "eco mode"?  When mine is in eco mode it will not go over 45is mph.

I tried the different modes and still no difference

Just got it back from service, they had to re-flash the ECM, working good now.
