Last spring I bought a 2017 used DefenderDPS HD-5. One of my best purchases. As a result of high water level on Lake Ontario we wouldn’t have been to reach our cottage until July. Lots of water on trails and up to a foot of mud/clay in certain areas. MUDDER just plodded through it. An HD8 would have been nice but I really didn’t need to spend an extra $6K
My rig has a windshield with wiper, full bumper, roof, fenders, side panels (my own making) and the 3 baskets that fit under the bench
This year I am adding a lift kit (possibly even more flooding this year), a winch and lights.
