Turns out it was an aftermarket speaker run the previous owner removed. Connected and nothing. Aftermarket lights come on

Rodents did a number on my wiring near the battery. The various colored wires will go back together pretty easy. There is another bundle with red, black and blue wires along the center. They have gnawed off more of it so I don't know where it terminates.
