Thank you to those that read this and took time to respond. I finally found the 40amp fuse. It is to the left of the fuse box and did not look like a fuse. I had a tech tell me they were there while on the phone with him. Hopefully this will save someone a lot of time in the future. This one...

So I only found a 50A relay under the front hood. I checked all of the relays with a 12V battery and Ohm meter and they all checked out good. Is there something else under the dash that is hard to access that I am missing? 

I have a 2019 Defender Cab D10 and I was installing a sound system and had it wired up to the overhead bus bar. As I was reassembling the overhead, I ran a screw through a power wire and wiped out the power. I now have no overhead light, wipers, power windows or turn signals. I have checked all...
