My Defender was running normal.  I loaded it on the trailer, hauled it to the lease and when I unloaded it I had a warning "Engine Limitation Engaged - Fasten Seat Belt".  Yes, the seat belt is connected.  I have also removed the plug between the front seats and greased it with dielectric grease...
