I bought a 2022 Defender base model HD9.   QUESTION: Will chassis/ body parts from other models fit on my model? For example I want to install a heater but my model doesn't have the lower dash. Can I buy the dash along with attaching hardware and get it to fit? Is the base model just stripped down?
