Any suggestions for a snow plow for my Defender XMR?

Side mirrors won't work in the trails we ride.  Thinking of reversing the snorkels, so that it has a gap.  

I was able to go riding for the first time with my 2019 Defender XMR and loved every minute of it, except when looking in my rear view mirror the snorkel is right in the way! It was hard to see other riders in our group in the mirror due to the snorkels being in the middle of my viewing area...

What length of light bar is suggested to go above my windshield on my XMR?

What size of light bar is suggested for the top of a defender? 40”

Just purchased (July 2019) a Defender XMR Camo.  My first side by side. Really looking forward to using it trail riding and waterfowl hunting.
