Just an update, I installed the wiper and it works great, and has not scratched my windshield. I make sure it is good and wet before I turn it on

No I haven't had it checked yet, I think my noise is a normal characteristic. It hasn't gotten any worse. I probably should though before it's out of warranty

It helps alot, I have a super ATV rear window and a can am front windshield. It is worth the money imo

Why would you try to fix it yourself when it is under warranty??

Bring it back to the dealer, and tell them you don't want it back until it is fixed.it is brand new you should not have to go onto a forum to figure out what is wrong with it!!

Just put one in my defender. It works great and looks good. Doesn't take up any cab space. I think I am going to put shut off valves in the coolant lines so I can run the fan to circulate the air when heat isn't needed

I think I have the same problem I have a 21 dps hd8. Off the throttle coasting turning sharp rubbing/ squeeling noise. Hope to hear what your dealer finds

I have been told you need a glass windshield because if you don't it will scratch . I have been wanting to install a wiper also but have not because I only have a hardcoated windshield not a glass. I am tempted to try it anyway because I only need it for snow and rain not really ever in the mud
