The side ROPS support (that piece of tubular steel that helps keep you in the seat) has broken off the frame. In fact, it has snapped the bolts that hold it to the frame and left the snaped bolt in the frame. I can't get the snapped bolts out of the frame. Is it safe to weld it onto the frame...
