    If I add a roof will it cause dust to be sucked into cab area of defender?

    Typically, no.  However; if you add a windshield, keep it closed and drive on a dusty/Sandy trail, you'll be able to build a sand castle with the accumulated sand inside.

    It happens to every side by side I've seen where I ride.

    The resolution at that point is to add a rear screen or window.

    Just Jimmy, Thanks for the info

    I bought a half window soon after getting my defender and discovered it worked great for cutting the wind, but the dust it caused to be sucked in created a bigger problem than the wind. Off came the windshield and now it is collecting dust in garage. I didn't want to make the same mistake again. Thanks again for the response.
