tried cleaning map sensor but still cutting out.

My Defender is is cutting out and running rich. You can smell raw fuel when idling.  Check engine light is on but I am not seeing any codes unless I just don't know how to get the codes.  I replaced the fuel screen on pump.  It wasn't that dirty.  Any idea where MAP sensor is? Might add sparks...
