Does anybody know of a cheap place online to get a spare wheel and tire.... nothing fancy, just something that can get me outta a pinch

We got our first SXS, 2022 Defender, late last year.  Finally getting everything ready for our first ride.  Still looking for some seat belt extenders or a work around.
