Is there no need for a chainsaw/axe in Northern Minnesota? As for the GPS... I've mounted a Garmin base unit on my dash that powers my Montanna and allows me to run it.... AND keep it powered..... also remember.... a 30 minute flare will damn near start a sunken log..... I've also added a couple...
When I mounted mine there were no lines close to the mounting holes.... I've actually pulled mine... but had to build a plate to cover the holes in the floorboard to stop mud from coming in... you can actually find the installation instructions on the canam/brp site.
Here is Bear with his mock up boat rack. He does EVERYTHING I ASK of him!! Been a pretty solid ride... He's had some ISSUES that's for sure.... But I've always said, " If you BUILD THEM..... THEY WILL BREAK!! Better than my Ram though... 😉
Well, first off let me WELCOME you to the forum. I didn't put anything in the builds really. But yer'z looks a bit like my "Bear".... I used the OEM mirrors... sides and rear view... You can scan my pics to see my bear... but beware if buying the OEM sides.... they come as single mirrors...
Welcome to the forum!! I have all three of the OEM mirrors... As for the side mirrors??? Pretty small really, tough to see anything out of them at speeds... as for low speeds.... they work okay... As per the rearview.... it is like a boat mirror, (bubble style) and throws things out of...
Yes... yer coolant lines and wiring run through the tunnel. But you can find room to drill. They actually have you drill through floor when installing center gun post.... So, it can be done.... JUST BE CAREFUL!!!
GOOD LUCK
Same here!!! I thought they looked a bit awkward.... But after putting multiple 100+ mile trips logged in Bear, and many over 300 mile weekends.... I've been VERY IMPRESSED!!
Welcome to the forum... Good luck with your new ride... I actually went with a SIRIUS XM stereo and built a custom mount which sits in my center console (2019) There are so many different routes to go... Which makes all our rigs just that much more personalized...
Stay safe and HAVE FUN!!
Joe...
Here you can see the one screw and washer that holds up the liner from sagging... in the lower shot you see the door switch that operates my dome light...
Wiper for sure!! Especially here in the PNW... I actually went with a SIRIUS XM stereo.. added some tweets to the front speakers and mounted my rears straight to the headliner.... (no supports other than a screw and fender washer into the roof) haven't had any issues with over 2000 miles on Bear.
